Welcome to Al-Bassam Schools in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. It is our pleasure to join our professional team in the three educational pograms provided in our schools: the Saudi National Program, the British Program and the Primary Years Program (PYP). Its our great pride that there are more than 17 nationalities representing diversified cultures full of renewable knowledge working in different academic and administrative positions as a team and inspiring and interactin our students who exceeds more than 2000 students from kindergarten to grade 12.
Al-Bassam Schools seek to attract high level competencies in teaching and administrative positions in its continuous endeavor to provide the best local and international expertise. The main purpose is to empower our students to learn according to the highest international standards. We are keen to improve all aspects of school life by seeking the best international accreditations. Al-Bassam Schools have already obtained two international accreditations in 2015: AdvancEd Accreditation and AIAA Accreditation. Currently, we are preparing to complete the requirements for Council of International Schools CIS Membership which is considered the most reputable accreditation worldwide. These accreditations impose major challenges and require qualified staff to meet the strict commitment to the accreditations’ standards. This commitment definetly will improve our performance in the teaching- learning process.
We seek to hire distinguished competencies based upon the requirements of international accreditations which require qualified staff after thorough background screening in compliance with child protection procedures in our Child Protection Policy.

Candidates for the teaching positions in our schools must possess at least bachelor’s degree Master’s degree / PHD preferred) recognized by the Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia and at least two years of successful experience in a relevant position, as well as a Diploma in Education and a desire to support Al-Bassam Schools.
We are interested in attracting teachers for the following subjects:
* As for the National program subjects including: Islamic Education, Arabic Language, Social Studies, English, Mathematics, Science, Computer, Physical Education and Art Education. As for the British Program subjects including:
– C.P. (Grades 5-8): Science and athematics.
– I.G.C.E.S. (Grades 9- 10): Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English(O.L.), Accounting, Business,Economic, I.C.T., Arabic(Cambredge & Edxcel), Art and Design,
– G.C.S.E. (Grades 11-12), As, A Level,
In addition to PYP subjects.
