Please note that we recruit many of our administrators and teachers from inside or outside KSA, all of whom possess valid teaching certification and well developed credentials in their respective fields of education. Administrative Positions: In order to be considered for administrative vacancies, candidates must possess the following basic qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (master’s degree preferred) in a relevant field, at least two years of successful experience in a relevant position, diverse character and professional references, and a desire to support Al-Bassam Schools.

Teacher Positions:

The majority of Al-Bassam Schools’ employees are teachers who work in both the core subject areas (math, science, English, social sciences) as well as in specialist roles (physical education, language, technology arts) across our elementary, middle, and high schools. In order to be considered for teaching vacancies, candidates must possess the following basic qualifications: a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (master’s degree preferred), a valid teaching certificate, at least two years of full-time teaching experience, diverse character and professional references, and a desire to support Al-Bassam Schools’ mission.
